TEAM Training

Team Training is a fun and effective option for those who enjoy a larger group atmosphere. It allows you to maximize the benefit of your program and take full advantage of our expert training staff. Each workout is designed to increase your functional strength, reduce injuries, and boost your metabolism. This is the best fat loss workout available!

  • Attend any or all Team Training Sessions held throughout the week
  • $41/month or $31/month with annual agreement (Nonmember pricing available)


Training in a small group is a great option to achieve results. Designed for 2-4 people, it is just as good as private training, but cost effective. Clients can easily sign up for the small group sessions they would like to attend in person or online. Small Group Training combines the great social aspects of the Team Training and the personalized attention of Private Training.

  • Two Package Options: Small Group Sessions either 1x/week or unlimited times/week
  • All packages Include Unlimited Team Training
  • Up to 5x/month: $103/month or $83/month with annual agreement (Nonmember pricing available)
  • Unlimted/month: $174/month or $143/month with annual agreement (Nonmember pricing available)

Alloy Personal Training Schedule

ONE on ONE Training

One on One training is a great option to really focus on your needs and wants. Prior to starting, you will be taken through a functional movement assessment to determine the best movement patterns for you. In this personalized setting, you will be exposed to in-depth instruction focusing on your specific goals.

  • 30 Min or 60 Min available

30-Day Personal Training Experience

The 30-Day Experience is a great way to try our system and to determine which type of training is best for you. Included in the 30 days are your functional movement screening, four (4) Small Group sessions and unlimited Team Training sessions. All sessions are for approximately 45 minutes. Members: $69, Nonmembers: $99
