LIfeWorks offers various plans for membership below.. All plans do have an enrollment fee, an annual fee and are taxable. Click on the plan to view the details.

After you have enrolled online, upon your first visit we'll provid eyou with your Membership Packet, Key Tag, and have you complete Health Status Questionnaire.

Agreement Definitions

2-Year (2Term) Agreement: After the completion of the initial two (2) year term, the membership will roll over to a month to month agreement. The membership can be terminated after the initial two (2) term is completed with a thirty (30) day written notification. Such notification must be emailed, delivered in person, or sent by certified mail to LifeWorks. Monthly billing will occur on or about the 10th of every month.

LifeWorks Guest Policy

All guests are required to pay a guest fee or use a valid guest pass. All guests are only permitted three (3) visits.   Guests 18 years and older must present a valid photo ID each visit.  All guests must complete and sign the guest registration.  Guests 17 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 years or older.  LifeWorks holds the right to restrict guests usage of the facility at any time.  All member guests must be accompanied by the member to receive the member guest discount.
1-Day Adult Guest Fee = $22 (with a LW member $12)

LifeWorks Cancellation Policy

Members can cancel their membership any time after the term of the agreement is completed by providing a 30-day notice. Click here to email Membership team to cancel.

LifeWorks Leave of Absence

Members may place their membership on a freeze (hold) status. A $50 charge will be assessed for individuals or $75 for couples/families. This non-medical leave is good for a total of three consecutive months in a calendar year. There is no charge to freeze your membership for medical reasons with written notification from a healthcare provider. Please see membership handbook for more details.
