Healthy Back on the Mat

Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinsons

Level 1, 2, 3 and 4
LifeWorks is now a Rock Steady Boxing facility to provide those with Parkinson's this amazing program. This program is for most levels of progression in the disease. From the newly diagnosed to the advanced in wheelchair. Exercises and movement are specific and tailored for each fighter.

Balanced Habits Kick Start - Nutrition Program

LifeWorks is proud to provide a nutritional program that is educational, works and uses real food, Balanced Habits. They are a leading food coaching program for people who want to live a happier, healthier and more confident life.  This 28-day program is personalized and tailored to you by offering nutritional support, exercise recommendations, and the accountability to keep you on track. By reactivating the metabolism, many of the clients lose 12-24 pounds/5-15% of their body weight during the program. You will LEARN how to adapt this lifestyle so that EVEN AFTER the KICK START is complete, you can stay successful.

Chair Yoga

This class is specifically designed and instructed for people who have had injuries, have chronic conditions, weight challenges, inflexibility or have difficulty with the physical requirements of floor exercise.
Your instructor will adapt regular yoga poses and modify them specifically for you. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of your body, allowing you to take full advantage of yoga’s amazing fitness and health potential. Focus on flexibility, concentrate on stretching your muscles, and allow your body and mind to experience a release of stress and tension through the focus on yoga breath.

Our basketball court is open all hours of operations except for special events and classes.


LifeWorks has two racquetball courts. Bring your racquet and friend and enjoy. Reservations for court time can only be made by a member. Members can reserve courts up to 24 hours in advance.  A reservation fee will be charged for reserved court time over 24 hours and can be done over the phone with a credit card.  Contact us for more information.

Fitness is Power®, an exercise program for breast cancer survivors

Fitness is Power® is a funded program to provide breast cancer survivors with a 6-month fitness plan including one on one fitness coaching, support and even an oncology massage. Candidates for this program must have received services at Southwest General. Donations are accepted any time.

RX for Health - Physician Referred Exercise Program

This 60 day exercise program is designed to help manage chronic diseases such as obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes & cholesterol. Participants will receive one-on-one appointments with a fitness coach, an individualized exercise program and nutritional guidance. All participants have full access to the LifeWorks facility and to over 100 complimentary group exercise classes.

Pre-Op Hip Knee Program
