Classes are 55 minutes unless stated otherwise. Scale 1 thru 5 with 1 Beginner and 5 Advanced.
Anaerobics: (2) A low impact, interval cardio class. The aerobic based moves will get the heart pumping, calories burning & rev up the metabolism. Dumbbells are used.
Balance & Strength: (1) Designed to improve balance. Incorporates functional exercises to improve activities of daily living. Uses a light dumbbells and resistance bands.
Basic Step: (3) 30-minute basic step class designed to be easy to follow providing total cardio.
BodyForce: (2) Strengthen your body and Energize your soul with this choreographed strength workout. Class utilizes barbells and dumbbells.
BodySculpt: (2) Get you heart pumping and muscles toned. A total body workout using dumbbells with low impact easy to follow cardio moves.
Cardio Drum: (1) Feel the beat in this fun low impact cardio work out. Using drum sticks and a theraball, get your heart pumping to your favorite songs.
Core Strength: (2) A 30-minute power workout for your most important parts. Enhance your core, back strength, and flexibility with a workout that makes you stand straighter, walk taller, and move better. Use a variety of equipment including weights, theraballs, discs etc.
Low Impact Cardio: (1) Get your heart pounding without jumping. Big movements focusing on cardio and strength.
Muscle Condition: (2) Sculpt and strengthen the entire body using a variety of equipment. Short blasts of cardio may be added.
Muscle Moves: (3) An interval cardio and muscle conditioning class that uses a variety of equipment.
PilatesCore: (2) A 30 minute pilates mat class strengthening your back and core along with improving your flexibility and physical performance.
Simply Moves: (1) A low impact, basic level exercise class that focuses on cardio and muscle conditioning. Uses light dumbbells.
Slow Flow Yoga: (2) A meditative yoga class emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. You’ll hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath.
Spin & Sculpt: (2) A 45-minute cycling class incorporating an upper body workout. Class utilizes light weights to tap into your strength and power.
SpinCore: (2) Ride then strengthen with this 40 minute cycling class followed by 15 minutes of core strengthening.
Spinning®: (2) A 45-minute cycling workout rocking a mix of strength, endurance, challenges, and hills.
Spin30: (2) A 30 minute cycling class.
Tabata: (3) Tap into your power to torch calories with this cardio/strength tabata class. Work for 20 seconds, rest for 10 intervals.
Tabata with Weights: (3) A 30 minute tabata class utilizing heavy and light weights.
Tabata with Weights45: (3) A 45 minute tabata class utilizing heavy and light weights.
Track & Drills: (5) An intense drills class, on & off the track including running, sprinting, obstacle courses, jump rope, weights, barbells etc.
TRX: (3) A 30-minute total body workout using the TRX, suspended straps. Held in the gym.
TRXPlus: (4) A 45-minute total body workout using the TRX, suspended straps. Held in the gym.
Yoga: (3) A mind and body practice. It combines physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation or relaxation development.
Yoga Basics: (2) Start your yoga journey here. A basic yoga class designed for the beginner. You'll work at your level while learning basic poses.
Zumba®: (1) Zumba® is a fusion of Latin & International music. It's' all about good vibes and routines that feature fun dance moves to rev up the cardio and to burn calories.
