LifeWorks of Southwest General now provides a program that can help company employees improve their own health. LifeWorks Corporate Wellness Program offers several options to provide your employees with the tools they need to lead healthier lifestyles.

LifeWorks Membership

• A Corporate Membership discount plan provides your employees with access to our facility at discounted membership rates and/or enrollment fees.
• Member discounts for specialized programming such as: Smoking Cessation, Personal Training, Pilates Reformer, and Massage Therapy.

On-Site Health Fairs

• To educate your workforce on the benefits of healthy living, LifeWorks will participate in your on-site health fairs.
• Services include: body fat analysis, blood pressure screening, grip strength, health talks and Visual Fitness Planner™ demonstrations.
