Team Training at LifeWorks is functional training in a small group setting. It provides clients with the motivation, structure and programming to maximize fitness results. This group setting has an atmosphere that promotes socialization and fun while getting the work done. Team training is an affordable way for all clients (beginner to advanced) to receive the direction and motivation needed to see results. We provide monthly unlimited sessions. The Combo - Let's build your base. A combination of functional cardio and strength exercises to build your initial level of conditioning.

The Max (Cardio) - Ready to level up? To keep that heart rate pumping, we'll increase the intensity of our functional exercises to give you a perfect blend of cardio and strength.

The Max (Strength) - Let's build strength. This workout will challenge you to slow down and lift heavier so that you can build muscle and increase your metabolism.
