Aqua Cardio: A water class to get your heart pumping with a variety of cardio moves, no equipment is used.
Aqua Kick: A variety of sets of kickboxing moves, working for 10 minutes and recovering for 3 minutes.
Cardio Strength: Cardiovascular intervals mixed with segments of muscle conditioning using equipment to build strength.
Go H2O: A water class with cardiovascular and muscular conditioning using noodles and aqua dumbbells.
Water Jogging: 30 Minute Class - Walking, jogging and some sprinting in different directions with varying intensity.
Water Pilates: A pilates water workout to strengthen your core while lengthening your muscles and creating flexibility.
Water Walking: A beginner water class with no pounding or jumping, just walking laps forwards, backwards,sideways and other ways.
Warm Water: This class is designed specifically for those with Arthritis. Series of slower movements to work the joints and improve range of motion.
Warm Water Plus: Class is designed to provide activity for movement and range of motion. A bit more intense than Warm Water class.
